Within the Flexiant Cloud Orchestrator Admin Control Panel, customer accounts can be created and each customer account requests an initial user account to be created. Multiple user accounts can be set-up to login to that customer
That user will be mapped to the customer and login through that Customer Control Panel.
If multiple user accounts are being created for testing purposes, it is important that you do not use the same e-mail address for several customers (for example if email@example.com is used for 'First Customer' and 'Second Customer', there will be a conflict and both users will be disabled; they will not be able to login to the customer Control Panel.
The solution is to lock the user. The 'delete' option should not exist, instead the widget should filter out locked users. Through the widget, the admin user can set viewing conditions on the list of customers, list of users, list of servers and so forth.
Using this widget feature, if a user is set to 'inactive' (this will be accomplished if the user has been removed from a customer and the user has no link to another customer account), then the widget can be modified to restrict view of 'inactive' users.
The list of users can be edited to only view those customers which are equal to 'active'.
